I Am Tripartite

First Thessalonians 5:23, says that man is of three parts: spirit, soul, and body. When I was in a denomination, I never heard anything regarding my human spirit. However, the Bible shows that when I received my Lord Jesus, as my Savior, He came to abide within my human spirit (2 Timothy 2:22). So, my human spirit is mingled with the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 6:17). This is why I can enjoy and contact Him in my human spirit by saying, “Abba Father” or “Lord Jesus.” (Romans 8:15; 1 Corinthians 12:3) So, I can become one spirit with the Lord (1 Corinthians 6:17). Praise the Lord that when I believed into Him, He came to live in my tripartite (spirit, soul, and body) being.

I give thanks to the Lord Jesus for the spiritual wisdom that He gave to Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. When I read their books, I received a bird’s eye view concerning the vision they saw and of God’s eternal purpose (Ephesians 3:11) in the Bible.
